We had only started planning for 2020 when suddenly, a word we had seen in history books and in some apocalyptic science fiction movies became terrifyingly real: pandemic. In the midst of this panorama, at Profamilia we never lost the focus of our institutional commitment, and we found new ways to guarantee the continuity of our services through telemedicine, psychological and legal telecare, ensuring the biosafety of our medical and administrative staff as well as our users using the appropriate technological tools and equipment.
We invite you to continue reading this annual report, which illustrates how Profamilia made every effort to continue offering services and a friendly hand to all our users during these times of need. How we reinvented ourselves, being resilient, to keep up with the processes of quality improvement and the activities that make us the leading sexual and reproductive health service provider.

In Profamilia we make sure that the population, especially those with limited financial resources, has more and better access to sexual and reproductive health services, education and products, responding to their needs with a comprehensive approach based on a self-managed model that allowed us, in the midst of the pandemic, to provide 786,106 health services to 142,274 people during 2020.
